Step 1

Soak 1/3 of the coco coir block to hydrate it

Step 2

Spread the hydrated coco coir on a draining tray

Step 3

Continue rinsing and covering every 12 hours until seeds produce small leaves and roots

Step 4

Remove the dome and place lights right over the top of the tray

Step 5

Once sprouts have green leaves give them a final rinse and enjoy!
